Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 12, 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
These Terms govern your use of the Global Founder Access service (the "Service"), operated by KrosWeb Enterprise Inc ("KrosWeb", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The Service
The Service provides a founder mobility readiness assessment, a generated readiness report, and program recommendations. The Service is informational only and is not legal, immigration, financial, tax, or investment advice. You are responsible for verifying any information and for your own decisions.
3. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or spam;
- infringe any intellectual property or other rights;
- interfere with security or attempt to probe, scan, scrape, or disrupt the Service;
- upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account.
4. Accounts and accuracy
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
5. Intellectual property
KrosWeb retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, content, branding, and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service or its outputs in bulk.
6. Payments — Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. By making a purchase you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms, which govern payment, billing, tax, cancellations, and refunds.
Prices are shown at checkout in the applicable currency. Taxes are calculated and collected by Paddle where required. For refund handling see our Refund Policy.
7. Service availability
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. You may stop using the Service at any time.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is capped at the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded by law.
10. Indemnity
You will indemnify KrosWeb against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which KrosWeb Enterprise Inc is established, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
