How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address used at checkout, or
  • Contact our support team and we will help you process the refund through Paddle.

After a refund

Once a refund is issued, any digital entitlement granted by that purchase (for example, an unlocked readiness report) will be revoked. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Chargebacks

If a chargeback is filed for a transaction, the associated entitlement will also be revoked.
